Where do I see things I've been notified about but am not assigned to?

Sometimes, you may receive an email notification about a submission that you aren’t directly assigned to. These notifications keep you updated on important progress or changes in submissions relevant to your role. They’re designed to inform, without requiring you to take any action on the submission itself.

"FYI" Notifications

Occasionally, you’ll receive an email notification about a submission, even if you’re not assigned to it.  These emails are sent by your Admin to keep you in the loop on progress or updates that may be relevant to your role.  No action is required, but the email provides key information about the submission’s current status — whether it’s In Progress or Completed.

If you’d like to take a closer look at the submission, check for a link in the notification email.  If there’s a link, simply click it to go directly to the submission in Droplet.

However, if your email doesn’t include a link or if you need to check multiple submissions, you can also find the submission in Droplet.  Just go to the All Submissions page, use the search feature to locate the submission, and open it to view more details.

For submissions that are still In Progress, you may notice some blank fields when you view them. These fields will be filled in as the submission moves forward through the workflow steps.

If you believe you’re receiving these notifications by mistake, or if you’d like to adjust your notifications, please submit a support ticket.
