DRAFT: How do I Edit a Submission?

Unfortunately, editing a submission after it's been submitted is not possible in the Droplet application.

It is possible (if the form's workflow was made to allow it) to have a submission returned to a restart step where the components can be edited and even by the original submitter but this has three caveats:

1.  It can only be sent to that "restart" step from its current step by taking an action that has been set up to return it to the original submitter (or whoever needs to edit their submission), see workflow below:
   
   
2.  This cannot be initiated by the user who was previously assigned to the submission nor can the initial user alert the current assignee through the Droplet application to request things be sent to a "restart" step
3.  Forms must be built to handle this type of workflow.
