Sometimes submissions are rejected by mistake, or new information might prompt you to reconsider a decision. Droplet allows you to easily unreject a submission and move it back into the workflow. This process restores the submission to its previous state, reassigning it to the person who originally rejected it.
How to Unreject a Submission
Follow these steps to unreject a submission:
1
Go to the Submissions page and locate the rejected submission. Ensure the submission isn’t archived.
2
Check the box next to the submission.
You can only reject one submission at a time.
3
In the Actions dropdown, select Unreject.
Once you’ve unrejected the submission, you’ll see a blue notification banner in the lower left corner confirming that the action was successful. The person who originally rejected the submission will be notified that it has been reassigned to them.
Important Details
Activity Log
Every unreject action is recorded in the submission’s Activity Log, including details of who unrejected the submission. This ensures full transparency for administrators.
