Modified on Thu, 21 Nov at 1:25 PM

Adding supplemental resources like PDFs, videos, or images to your Droplet Form is a great way to provide additional context or information. These resources can be uploaded as assets and linked directly within your form, making them easily accessible to users. This guide provides a clear, step-by-step walkthrough for uploading assets and creating links to them in your forms.

Uploading an Asset to Your Droplet Form

1

Open the Form Editor
Start by navigating to the form you’d like to edit. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the Form editor.

2

Upload Your Asset
Select Upload Asset from the dropdown menu. A modal window will open — use it to upload the file directly from your computer.

3

Confirmation Notification
Once your upload is successful, you’ll see a green notification at the bottom left corner of the screen that says, “Asset uploaded successfully. URL saved to clipboard.”

Adding the Link to Your Form

1

Highlight Your Text
In a Formatted Text component, type out the text you want to link to the uploaded asset. Highlight it to get started.

2

Insert the Link
Click the link icon in the rich text formatting toolbar, then paste the copied URL into the field.

3

Test Your Link
Save your work and use the Test panel to ensure everything is working as expected.
