How to Start a New Droplet Form

If your contract allows and you would like to begin a new form, you can use the "+ Form" button in the top right to open a new Form Builder.

Using the "+ Form" button will open a set of options for this new form. Most of these items, such as the Form Name, Description, Next Sequence ID, and authentication requirements for this form can be updated again at a later time.

If you would like to start from an existing PDF or image, this is your opportunity to do so. You can toggle this option on and you will be prompted to upload a PDF or image file. Droplet will use this file to extract text and field approximations and give you a starting point for your form.

Pressing "Create Form" will process any uploaded file and open the Form Builder.

How to Edit an Existing Droplet Form

If your contract allows, you will find the Form Builder for each form on your Forms page. Each Droplet form will have its own Form Builder button so you can find the form you want to edit and press Builder to open it.

To make edits to an already published form, you will need to create a new Draft. You can do this by opening the version menu by pressing the current published version and selecting "+ New Draft".

How to Switch Between the Code and Visual Editor

Once inside the builder, you can use either the code editor or the visual editor to make changes to your form. You can switch between the editors using the toggle in the top right corner. Toggle On to switch to the Code Editor and Toggle Off to switch to the Visual Builder.
