Build a form, step by step
These ten short videos build a real form and workflow from scratch, in order. Watch them straight through as a mini course, or jump to the exact step you are working on. Most are under five minutes.
Sets the stage for the series and creates the form we will build on for the rest of it.
Components and their properties. A well-designed layout is the backbone of a smooth process.
Create rules that show or hide parts of the layout, or validate what people enter.
A quick, broad look at what workflow steps are before we dive in and build one.
Use the Workflow Canvas to draw out your process, change the submission status, and assign approvers.
Some workflows have forks in the road. Set up rules that change a submission's direction, or decide whether a step is used or skipped.
Keep the right folks informed along the way with automatic email messages.

Simulate different submission scenarios to make sure the form and workflow behave the way you expect.
Publish and share your form link. Once published, the link stays the same, even after you publish newer versions of the form.
