What should I do if I'm unable to submit a form?

Modified on Mon, 26 Feb at 2:55 PM

When you are unable to submit a form, the reason is usually that an input has not been completed in the correct format, or at all. This will be indicated by the error message shown below in red.

Below you will see examples of incomplete inputs that are preventing a form from being submitted. Inputs that are preventing the submission of a form will be highlighted in red after the user clicks Submit. The Student Email field is highlighted in red because it does not conform to the required format of an Email Address (username@domain.extension). The Agreement Start Date is highlighted in red because it has not been completed at all.

In special cases, an input may have additional requirements. These will almost always be accompanied by a message that explains why the input is incorrect to help avoid confusion.

Once the inputs have been completed/fixed they will no longer be highlighted in red.

In the event that you are still unable to submit after checking for an error message or highlighted inputs, please reach out to us.
