How do I view submissions?

In Droplet, submissions are the core of your workflows, and there are several ways to view them. You can access submissions through different pages, depending on your role and permissions. Keeping track of submissions helps you stay on top of tasks and ensures that workflows run smoothly.

All Submissions

 Go There Now 


The All Submissions page provides a broader view, displaying all submissions within your organization that you have permission to view or act on. If you don’t have permission to see other users’ submissions, this page will only show the ones you’ve initiated or those that are assigned to you.


You can use filters or search to find specific submissions and click on any submission to view its current status. Keep in mind that some fields might be blank if the submission is still a draft (Not Started) or part of an ongoing workflow (In Progress).


If you spend a lot of time processing form submissions, this will likely be your go-to page for managing and tracking the progress of all submissions.

My Submissions

 Go There Now 


The My Submissions page shows all the submissions you’ve personally initiated within your organization. You can press on any submission to see the parts you’ve completed and check its current status.

This page is ideal for tracking the progress of your own submissions and making sure everything is on track.

My Assignments

 Go There Now 


The My Assignments page (or Home Page) helps you manage submissions that require your attention. This page shows all the submissions awaiting an action from you, whether it’s approving, rejecting, or completing part of a form.


Once you take action — by advancing or rejecting the form — it will no longer appear on your My Assignments page. This helps you keep a clean list of what’s still pending in your workflow.

Can’t See a Submission?

If you can’t find a submission on any of these pages, try logging out and back into Droplet. If you still don’t see it, there might be an issue with your account permissions, and it’s worth reaching out to your organization's Droplet Administrator for help.
