How do I limit what a user can see in Droplet?

Modified on Thu, 26 Jun at 1:49 PM

Roles and Permissions allow you to control exactly what tools and data each user can access within Droplet.  You do this by assigning specific Roles that define precise Permissions, such as viewing forms, editing submissions, or managing users.  Assigning the appropriate roles ensures your organization's sensitive data remains secure.

Common Examples of Roles and Permissions

Payroll staff sees only payroll-related submissions
Principals access submissions specific to their school
Superintendents review only high-value reimbursement requests
HR staff handle onboarding submissions based on employee type
Secretaries can view submissions without performing actions
