Droplet runs in your web browser, with no software to install. For the smoothest experience, use a current version of one of the browsers below.
Recommended browsers
Droplet supports the two most recent versions of:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari (on Mac and iOS)
These browsers on phones and tablets work too, so you can complete and review forms on the go.
Get the best experience
- Keep your browser updated. Updates bring security and performance fixes that Droplet relies on.
- Allow cookies and JavaScript. Droplet needs both to keep you signed in and to load forms. Most browsers allow them by default.
- Avoid Internet Explorer. It is retired and is not supported.
Tip If a page looks broken or out of date, the fix is usually to update your browser or clear its cache. See Clear your cache and cookies.
