What happens when a Packet is assigned to me?

The Packets feature is only available with the Plus Package or as an Add On.

If someone would like you to complete multiple forms, they may assign you a packet. This allows you to see everything in one to-do list.

When a new packet is assigned to you, you'll be notified by an email that looks something like the following. 

Start Packet with First Form

The "Click here to view the submission" link will introduce you to the first form in the packet, and when clicked the form will open in Droplet. If you begin the packet this way, you can proceed with each form as you complete the last using the "Next Form" button in the submission confirmation (see photo below). When you complete the last form assigned to you, you'll see a note that says you don't have any more outstanding assignments. 

View Whole Packet and Start Packet with Any Form

The "Click here to review all your assignments" link will open your Droplet home page and display the full list of forms you have been assigned. This home page will act as your to-do list, displaying each of the form names and when they were assigned to you. You can open any form you'd like to complete and work in any order by pressing "Back Home" at the end of each form completion. As you complete forms, they will disappear from the list. When you complete the last form assigned to you, you'll see a note that says you don't have any more outstanding assignments.
