What happens if I saved my Draft Submission to the wrong email address and how can I fix it?

If you save your progress on your submission and accidentally enter an incorrect email address before pressing save, the submission will be assigned to that email address. 


You can solve this issue in two ways:


  1. If your role permits you to assign submissions to a new user, you can reassign your draft submission to the correct email address. This way you will be able to restart your step of the submission from the link you receive in your email or by signing into Droplet and navigating to your My Submissions page. 
  2. If your role does not permit you to view All Submissions or does not permit you to assign a submission to another user, you will need to contact the administrator on your account or submit a support ticket.
