How do I view Submissions?

There are three places in the Droplet application where you can view form submissions. Your access to these areas and the submissions displayed will vary depending on the permissions associated with your Droplet account. You may see a variety of columns on these submission pages depending on the form tags your team requested during form development.

My Submissions

The My Submissions page displays every submission that you initiated within your organization. Press on a submission to view the portions you completed. You will also be able to see the current status of the submission. Not Started submissions are submissions that have been saved, but not submitted. In Progress submissions are currently in the workflow process and the status will change to Complete when the last person in the workflow submits it.

All Submissions

The All Submissions page displays every submission by any user on any form within your organization that you have permission to view or take action on. If you don't have permission to view submissions submitted by or assigned to other users, this page will simply display submissions you initiated and those assigned to you.

Use filters or search to find the submission(s) you're looking for and press on a submission to view it in its current state. There may be blank fields if the submission is saved as a draft (Not Started status) or still In Progress.

My Assignments

If you are an approver in the workflow of one or more forms, you can use the My Assignments page or the Home Page to quickly access your to-do list. Both pages display all submissions that are awaiting an action from you to move forward in their workflows, including submissions you have saved as a Draft. Press on a submission to open it and complete the sections assigned to you. When you select Submit or Reject (if applicable) on the submission, it will no longer appear on your My Assignments or Home pages.

If you are unable to locate the submissions you are looking for in your My Submissions, All Submissions, or My Assignments pages, you may need to log out and back in again or talk with someone about the permissions on your account. You can use the steps in this article to help solve this issue.
