How do I Track Submissions toward a Packet?

The Packets feature is only available with the Plus Package or as an Add On.

After you have started a Packet, you will see a new card in your Tracking tab in the Packets area of the Droplet Application. This card displays all information about that packet instance and will update as the forms in the packet move through the different workflow states. 


Packet Card


Each packet card is a visual dashboard for the progress of the packet. 


Individual forms and the overall packet status will indicate a status of not started (gray empty circle), in progress (blue circular arrows), completed (green check mark), or rejected (red exclamation point). 



If you would like to open the submissions that go with this packet or perform any Actions on them like downloading them as a PDF or archiving them, you can press the blue "View Submissions" link at the bottom of the card. This will take you to a filtered view of the submissions from this particular packet on your All Submissions page. 


Finding an Initiated Packet


If you have many packets in your Tracking tab, you can search for a particular packet using the search bar at the top or use the Filters dropdown to filter by Date, Status, Form, Packet Name, or Packet Subject. 



If you would like to narrow your filter even further, you can search for a particular packet or apply one or more filters at the same time.
