There are two pathways to logging into the Droplet Application. The pathway your organization uses will be determined after you enter your email address at app.droplet.io and press "Continue".
Follow these steps to successfully log in to Droplet:
1. Go to app.droplet.io in your preferred web browser.
2. Enter your email address.
If multiple organizations are using the same domain, you will need to select your organization after entering your email.
3a. If your organization uses SSO (single sign-on) you will be prompted to sign in using your organization's email and password.
3b. If your organization does NOT use SSO (single sign-on) you will be prompted to enter your Droplet password.
4. If you haven't logged in before, you will be prompted to review and accept our Terms of Service.
5. When you are successfully authenticated, you will be routed back to Droplet.
Troubleshooting
If you experience any issues with logging in, try these troubleshooting options:
SSO based log in:
1. Try clearing your site and/or browser cache and cookies.
2. Try logging in using a different browser or an incognito window.
3. Contact your organization administrator.
4. Contact Droplet's support team.
Password-based log in:
1. Try clearing your site and/or browser cache and cookies.
2. Try logging in using a different browser or an incognito window.
2. Ask your Droplet Platform administrator to reset your password.
4. Contact Droplet's support team.
