Reset your password or regain access
How you get back into Droplet depends on how your organization signs in. Find your situation below.

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO)
Many organizations sign in to Droplet through their own system, such as Google Workspace. If that is you, Droplet does not hold a separate password, so there is nothing to reset on our side.
- Sign in at app.droplet.io using your work account, the same way you sign in to your other work tools.
- If that sign-in is failing, the issue is with your organization's account, not Droplet. Contact your internal IT team to reset it or restore your access.
If you sign in with a Droplet password
If your organization does not use SSO, your Droplet administrator manages passwords for your account.
1
Contact your Droplet administrator
Ask the person who manages Droplet at your organization to reset your password. They can do this from the Organization page.
2
Sign in and set a new password
Once it is reset, sign in at app.droplet.io and choose a new password you will remember.
Tip Not sure who your Droplet administrator is? It is usually the person who first invited you, or someone on your IT or operations team.
If you cannot reach an administrator, email support@droplet.io from your work address and we will help you get back in.
