Recover a draft started under the wrong email
If you started filling out a form while signed in with the wrong account, your work is not lost. It is saved under whichever account you were using at the time.

Find the draft
Drafts and in-progress submissions belong to the account that created them, so the fastest path is to go back to that account.

Sign in with the account you started under
Sign out of Droplet, then sign back in with the email you were using when you began the form. Your draft will be waiting there.

Finish it, or copy what you need
You can complete and submit it from that account, or copy your answers and re-enter them under the correct account.
If the form was assigned to a specific person
When a form or task is sent to a particular email as part of a workflow, that link only works for that recipient. If it landed with the wrong person, ask the form owner to reassign it or resend it to the correct address.
Cannot find a draft you know you started? Email support@droplet.io with the form name, roughly when you filled it out, and the email you think you used.
